1. A lawyer, with a box of expensivecigars, he found an insurance company and gave fire to these baby cigars! Whenhe had finished drawing all the cigars, he took the remaining cigar butt andasked the insurance company to pay for it! Insurance companies believe thatlawyers themselves ignite cigars to pump them out, it is not a fire, nocompensation!

 However, lawyers believe that the type of"fire" is not stipulated in the insurance contract. As long as thecigar is burnt, it will be lost!

The insurance company really didn't want towaste time, so he lost a lot of money to the lawyer!

But the next day, the insurance companyreported the case to the police, reporting that the lawyer set fire to theinsured items and deliberately destroyed the property. Since the lawyer himselfinsisted that the cigar was burned by the fire and was not used normally, therewas nothing to say, and the police sentenced the lawyer to two years in prison!

1、一个律师，有一盒名贵的雪茄，他找到保险公司，给这些宝贝雪茄投了火险！等到他把这些雪茄全部抽完后，他拿着剩下的雪茄屁股，要求保险公司赔偿！保险公司认为，律师自己点燃雪茄抽掉它们，根本不算失火，不用赔！

 但是律师却认为，保险合同上可没规定“火”的种类，只要雪茄被火烧掉了，那就得赔！ 

保险公司实在不想浪费时间，于是就赔了律师一大笔钱！ 

但是第二天，保险公司就向警察报案，举报律师纵火烧掉了已投保的物品，故意毁坏财物。既然律师自己都坚持，雪茄是被火烧掉的，不是被正常使用的，那也没啥好说的，警察判了律师2年的监禁！
