当地时间10月31日，美国电影艺术与科学学院宣布第92届奥斯卡最佳国际影片奖（原最佳外语片奖）投票规则作出重大调整，所有符合条件的学院成员均可投票选出该奖项最后5个提名影片，这是历史上的首次。

On October 31, local time, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced that the 92nd Oscar for Best International Film Award (formerly Best Foreign Language Film Award) had a major adjustment to the voting rules. All eligible college members can vote for the award. The last five nominated films, this is the first time in history.

中国大陆、中国香港和中国台湾分别选送了《哪吒之魔童降世》《扫毒2》和《谁先爱上他的》竞争第92届奥斯卡最佳国际影片。据悉，第92届奥斯卡将于12月16日公布最佳国际影片入选的10部短名单，2020年1月13日公布提名，2月9日颁奖。

Mainland China, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, China, respectively, selected "The Devil's Angels", "Anti-Virus 2" and "Who Loves Him First" to compete in the 92nd Oscar for Best International Film. It is reported that the 92nd Oscar will announce the short list of the best international films selected on December 16th, the nominations will be announced on January 13, 2020, and the awards will be presented on February 9.
